Review on 🚰 Optimized Vitapur Long Life Multi-Stage Filter by Amy Claeys

I replaced the first one but the second one has the same problem. I've been using these filters for about 2 years now and have never had any problems, I've always followed the instructions. Soak for 30 minutes, rinse, shake gently, fix, done. After both filters were submitted, I filled in the top part. Compartment of my water bottle, go to work, come back from work 12 hours later and water is still in the top chamber. If I take the filter out, run it through the faucet, shake the filter, the water turns pitch black. disgusting. It seems to be outdated B-stock or something, I have no idea, but both of my experiences with these filters on this list have disappointed me. I have requested a refund and unfortunately have to return to COSTCO.com to purchase it.
