For me doubtful.
I'm using this on my Raspberry Pi 3b with a 3.5 inch screen. The photo shows that it reports an undervoltage error. 3 amps would probably be enough, but it's not. I have a larger 3A 5 volt power supply and it works great. I would not recommend this product.
