This came yesterday and I washed and used it immediately to cook our dinner (a stir fry). Like my other Ninja NeverStick pans, this sautes and browns onions and nushrooms beautifully without adding any oil. The non-stick release is very very good, the best I have used. I especially like the included steamer - it fits in the pan just right and the lid fits the steamer as expected, I find it more convenient to use a wide steamer like this (sort of like a wok steamer) than other steamer inserts I have tied. The spatula is well shaped to the pan - with a curve on one edge that matches the curve of the pan and a notch so it will perch on the side of the pan or lay on the counter right. It is a little odd to use the spatula because I am use to more flexible spatulas and this one has no give. The pan is oven safe to 500 F and can be washed in a dishwasher though I prefer to hand wash non-stick pans and it would take up most of a dishaer's space! The steamer insert also makse a fine strainer.
