Terrible. I found a suitcase in the kit already available in our family. But in the end I got a model of a smaller size and design, which I am writing about because a set of 3 suitcases has already been assembled. At the point of issue, they immediately gave it to me, and when I looked at what they had sent, the girl replied that it was impossible to return it, since she had already issued it, although I said that I needed to check it. The support service assures me that this is the same suitcase, although the photo shows that the suitcase is smaller and the design is not the same. How to return the goods there is no answer, although I explained that I was leaving and I would not be there for 10 days.
