Snugtop doesn't sell replacement rear window pillars so I bought them. I was a little bothered by the person's feedback that they didn't hold the back glass on the Snugtops, but once installed they worked as they should. Yes, they're about 2/3 the diameter of storage shelves, but that doesn't seem to affect their performance. They install in about 5 minutes or less. Note that they don't have a printed model number like "C1621704" like the OEMs do, so make a note of the model number in the owner's manual if/if you need to replace it again.
