I like that it is very easy to use once set up properly - all screens are self-explanatory! It gives me everything as far back in time (and even further) than I need/want for my clients' accounts. Some of the reports may be too detailed or not useful enough when reporting only needs showing current month's figures. For example, if just looking at last week versus previous weeks, there isn't much difference between them; however, trying to compare with months ago would show more detail and make sense. Also, some areas where "Closing" could have been added so we can see how our closing numbers compared against budgeted amounts etc., but this was already mentioned earlier by another reviewer who said he had asked about adding those features previously. We needed something different from what other companies offered, so went straight to Clients & profits.
