I have used this for training with 2009's and 2010's club soccer teams.The Goal itself is straightforward to open. You unzip the bag, pull it out, undo the hook and loop fastener, and BOOM it's open! Closing it takes a little courage because, as your twisting to fold it, it almost feels like it's going to snap, but It has yet to break.This 2 in 1 pug easily flips to use as either an accuracy shot or a goal.This works great at teaching how to get the ball in the air but yet control your shot to hit your hole. It's been an extremely frustrating part of my training as kids are just not used to this, but they have been improving.Of course, you can flip it over and use it as a small goal too.My only wish would be that this came in a two-pack.This is a great training aid to add to any soccer player.
