My dentist recommended this remedy for my mild gingivitis and general dental health. It's alcohol-free (alcohol isn't very good for gums and teeth anyway, but as a recovered alcoholic I didn't want to put 10-25% ethyl alcohol in my mouth) and appears to be IIRC, the only type of mouthwash that does both for general hygiene as well as for the treatment of gingivitis. This six pack option also proved to be the most economical option at Revain, at least for my needs, although offering Prime Pantry or moving elsewhere would probably be cheaper if you don't want to bulk buy here.
