Works as advertised. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the cartridges seem to stick together around the detergent dispensing slots. It doesn't seem to stop it from working and I'm not sure if it's normal, if I have old cartridges (I've had some cartridges that didn't hold together) or if it has something to do with having well water have . In any case, every time I clean the toilet, I take out the liner, rinse to remove the deposits, and put it back in the dispenser. Not so hot what's up. Every cartridge I've used has lasted more than a month. Basically satisfied.
