Good quality crimp connectors in a poor quality box

Connectors were an important part of the business. They are of good quality. The box arrived with one (of 2) broken latches, but they're overpriced for storing small parts anyway. All are in any case after an operation or two in a ziplock bag. To be fair there was a friendly leaf in the box saying they would fix anything to fix anything, but the cheap plastic box isn't worth the time it takes to fix it. That's on me, not the seller. However, it would be better to provide a carton that will not break than to rely on
