The software runs smoothly, it's easy for our memberships department staff (who are not tech savvy)to use with little training needed from us! It does what we need in terms of managing member accounts/membership renewals etc., but I wish there were more features that would make life easier when dealing directly online or over email rather than having them come into office each month - this can be frustrating at times as they don't always have all their information up front ready before coming through so you end spending extra hours chasing down details about things like insurance coverages which could easily been done via an automated process if possible?
