Review on MAXSHOP by Nick Moo

I recently tried to shop on MAXSHOP as a foreigner, and I have to admit that it was a complete disaster. Their website is a complete mess, to start. Finding what you're looking for is next to impossible due to the clutter and confusion. And good luck finding out how to make a purchase once you do find what you need. Their customer support is equally appalling. When I tried to contact them for assistance since there was a problem with my order, all I got in return was anger. The customer service agent I dealt with was unfriendly and useless, and I got the impression that I was disturbing them. And let's not even talk about their shipping. It took weeks for my order to come, and when it did, half of the things were broken or missing. Overall, I would never advise anyone to use MAXSHOP. Do yourself a favor and search elsewhere if you want to buy pet supplies online. It's not worth the headache, believe me.
