Review on 🚲 Ibera Easy Utility Bicycle Stand for Adjustable Height, Foldable Mechanic Repair Rack Bike Stand with Convenient Bicycle Storage by Ashley Ray

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice little bike service stand for the money

I don't do bike maintenance, I really don't know much about bikes. But I needed a way to adjust the derailleurs, rear brakes and rear tires without spending a lot of money. Thing definitely works for that. It's not the most durable stand, but it's not meant to be either. It keeps my rear wheel off the ground so I can get the job done, but DO NOT SIT ON YOUR BIKE while it's on the rack, but that goes without saying. Also note that flipping the bike is fairly easy when it's mounted on this thing, so make sure the front wheel is stable. It has small straps that you can use to hold the rear frame to the luggage rack attachment points. It's very convenient, but I've only used it once and it doesn't really help with the simple tipping issue. But it's handy to move the bike around a bit when it's fixed. A tip: look for the label on one leg - it should always face the front of the bike. It is characterized by fit and stability. Also, it may not be suitable for all bikes. One of mine has a cable running under the bottom of the frame where you have to place it on the stand. With a bit of fiddling, I was able to find a spot to put the bike on a stand so it doesn't get in the way of the cable or hit the rear cassette wheels as they spin, but I could see where there is on some bikes there may be no space at all.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Too dumb
