I was very happy to get a mount that works on my dash. I'm tired of the vent mount blocking AC flow. I followed the instructions and installed the bracket, everything looked fine after that. I went to my car the next morning, the weight of the mount alone was too much for the suction cup I found on the floor of my car. I needed this to function because I was driving to a new location for an interview and wanted to look at a map. I tried putting it back on about 5 times while driving before giving up. A week later I had another job interview and needed to take a video call during my lunch break so I figured the vent clip part would work fine. No, it was so heavy that it kept pulling the vent down at a bad angle for an awkward video call. Useless phone holder.
