I have to return this dress for a refund because it is too long. I have reordered another mini dress and am waiting for it to arrive. The checkout process indicated that there was a FREE RETURN, however this does NOT appear to be the case. I see a $3.24 return shipping fee when the label is printed. I would appreciate an answer as to the reason for the charge before I complete the return process. Thanks very much!
