disappointed for my opinion

The planter cups do hold dirt. They are small. You can not fill with dirt due to angle and water running over edge. The way the cups hang, they do not drain totally. Some drip spouts don't drip. Wheels lock up or just don't roll well. The center poles did not attach as directed, just didn't fit. Not worth the cost or 5 week shipping time. It is still an option for a tiny patio.
