I like this common design: D-ring belt for its endlessly flexible material which is good for sitting or bending . Add to that the low price and the leather trim on the ends and you have a pretty decent belt. So what's not to like? The big downside is only two sizes, most of us will have extra material to work with. A few inches of the strap sag or protrude uncomfortably, so I end up wearing the strap a few inches off center to allow the extra strap to sit in the belt loop. Not super stylish, let's just say. Unlike nylon straps with a metallic (or raw) end, you cannot cut and reattach the end of this strap. As is usual with D-ring belts, the buckle protrudes a little. And you'll need to tighten your belt regularlyβbut you can do it with one hand and with so little effort that it becomes a habit. How to straighten your pants when you get up. All in all, a decent, inexpensive belt that I usually wear with shorts these days.
