I've only had this device for a few days but am very happy with it so far and use it often. It works great to brew a cup of K cup coffee in about 2-3 minutes. I usually leave the mug in place for a few more minutes to collect the drips and let them cool down a bit. I find that I have simple tastes in the coffee department, so this simple coffee maker fits the bill. This is one of the cheapest machines that makes coffee from K-Cups and as far as I can tell the coffee comes out hot and tastes great. A few notes: - The K-Cup slot receives coffee during the brewing process. and not removable, so it is inconvenient to clean it. - The entrance for the water tank is small and in an inconvenient place. If you don't use a funnel, you will most likely spill some water. (Funnels are cheap, but it's annoying.) - Maximum mug height is about 6.5 inches, ruling out the usual large travel mugs. I was able to find a $5 mug with a lid that was the perfect size, so no big deal. Maybe you already have. I can't say anything about durability. There just wasn't enough time to test it.
