Review on 🍎 Cuisinart 6x6mm Fruit Vegetable and French Fry Disc Compatible with 7 and 11-Cup Processors by Vangele Carson

I love this disc - and I use it more than all my other cuisinart discs combined. It makes beautiful strips of vegetables, tender sticks of zucchini that I can sauté with garlic and parsley and mix with whole wheat pasta. And I love julienning root vegetables like potatoes, beets, and swedes, then dicing the sticks on a cutting board—perfect for my homemade soups. And this is the best way to chop onions in my kitchen. I don't like beating onions with a blade because they're too finely chopped. But when I run them through this julienne slice, they're usually just the right size for sautés, soups, and sauces. This disc is also ideal for chopping celery to the right size for soups and sauces. If I didn't have this disc, I would use my cooking a lot less than I do now. It was an expensive addition, but totally worth it.
