Culture.Easy has been very helpful in our organization as we have used it for managing the objectives of employees across various departments and levels within the same organization. It has enabled us to set up clear expectations about what's expected from each individual which helped improve communication between employees and managers alike. I like how easy it was to use and understand even at first glance. The only thing i dislike about this application is its price tag and lack of customization options. We've managed all our team members' objectives by using this software.
