I bought the blue pedals and they seem to be of excellent original quality. However, I could find NO markings on the pedals telling the user which is right and which is left, even after using a magnifying glass! While I didn't really care (just checked the thread directions on each pedal and compared to my old ones), an untrained cyclist can thread these pedals into the cranks very easily! There's nothing like spending less than $20 on pedals only to cause a pedal installation that will damage your $200 crank! You would think that the cost of imprinting the letters "L" and "R" on the pedals would be a lot cheaper than dealing with angry customers with damaged cranks or pedals. But unfortunately. Here we are.
