Review on Vestil HDOS-2436-12 Solid Deck Hardwood Dolly, 1200 lbs Capacity, 36x24x6-3/4, with Hard Rubber Casters by Isaac Simpson

This cart is very strong, durable and appears to be of decent quality wood and finish. He does what needs to be done. However, countersunk holes are not well suited for the supplied fittings. The washers provided were too large in diameter to fit the countersunk holes, and if you used screws without washers in the countersunk holes, the screw heads would come out through the wood holes, causing the ends of the screws to interfere with the wheels' rotation. . This can lead to a dangerous situation! So. You MUST use washers in countersunk holes. For this you need to buy 16 regular washers for 1/4 inch screws. The washers I used were 5/8" OD (the washers that came with them were 3/4" OD). Luckily I had enough on hand, but others may have to make a trip to the hardware store. I personally didn't have a problem with the missing instructions, but others might penalize this problem. With matching shims it would have been 5 stars and there was some instruction for those who were perhaps not mechanically inclined.
