I definitely recommend it.
I have several marine tools that I place on wheeled stands. The first set was a 3" Lowe's. I can barely get 75 pound cars to roll on this terrain and locks are impossible unless you're wearing steel toe shoes. There are amazing ones out there. The car I got on "Here is my workshop trolley and weighs many times more than my other tools. It moves easily and adjusting the brake with foot or hand is easy, as is releasing. I will buy Lowe wheels through these on 6 carts plus replace with the new one I'm building.
