Swivel Caster Wheels Locking Polyurethane Hardware Review

I used to buy new ones and they are great. Stable and rolls well. I needed more so I decided to take a chance and go with the used ones that Revain offer that should be like new. Both sets are used. The ones on the left look like they've been heavily used for months! Came without mounting hardware. Unlike the kit on the right, it looks almost new. There are some scratches on the wheels but they are minor. And there were nuts, bolts and wrenches. Do not take any risks. Get new ones.

I have several marine tools that I place on wheeled stands. The first set was a 3" Lowe's. I can barely get 75 pound cars to roll on this terrain and locks are impossible unless you're wearing steel toe shoes. There are amazing ones out there. The car I got on "Here is my workshop trolley and weighs many times more than my other tools. It moves easily and adjusting the brake with foot or hand is easy, as is releasing. I will buy Lowe wheels through these on 6 carts plus replace with the new one

I purchased these casters in my Craftsman tool box as an upgrade to the OEM plastic casters. They came complete with mounting screws and even a small wrench. The outer packaging was destroyed upon delivery, but the product remained intact. These are excellent quality casters for the price but required 4 special 1/8" thick steel discs to allow the drag mechanism to clear the outside edge of the toolbox. I will be using these for all of my shop tool stands that I make (picture of band saw stand included). I like that the wheels are flatter (not like a skateboard) and roll through the cracks in my garage and driveway much easier. I had a competitor's 4 inch casters (HF) on a workbench, 2 fixed and 2 swivel but no locking mechanism. I only needed 2 locking casters but it's almost cheaper to buy these 4 so I did. These wheels are much better locks. Easy to unlock, they are exactly the same height as other brands and they fit the same hole pattern (bonus).
