Review on Swivel Caster Wheels Locking Polyurethane Hardware by Robert Blanton

I will be using these for all of my shop tool stands that I make (picture of band saw stand included). I like that the wheels are flatter (not like a skateboard) and roll through the cracks in my garage and driveway much easier. The twist locks lock by twisting and the brake levers are easy to push in and out. Yes there are cheaper scooter kits out there but they have a lot of 5 star reviews and now I know why. They are well made and very durable. drive nice The casters come with mounting bolts, washers and nuts to attach to metal tables/stands, but will take you a little longer to mount to 3/4" plywood cases.
