I owned the chair for about 3 months before donating it to charity. The chair was excellent. Everything I was looking for with my bar table. When I sat down after a few months, I felt so uncomfortable that I just got up again. Which I thought was somewhat helpful, but sometimes you just want to sit down and focus on something or just relax. The seat felt like I was sitting on a flat piece of wood with no padding. Eventually I got fed up and decided to use the dining room chair until I could find another, more comfortable chair. I also found the lumbar support to be too large. He stood out in such a way that I felt like he was going to shove me off the seat, or at least off the very edge.
