Also bad back support as you can't keep your back in place, it only has a heading to the max limit and then doesn't stop at 90 degrees so you don't look like you're about to go to sleep. I use this with my Ikea high table which is adjustable so I can lower the table and chair. Note that with a gas lift to adjust the height, you need to take your weight off by lifting your feet onto the silver ring/rail to raise it up, or simply get off your chair and lift it all the way up and then climb in need chair and lower it to the desired height.
