Review on DAVinCI LABS by Richard Counts

We used Davinci Labs to create customer journeys, which were then sent out via email with links that can be clicked through to get more information about our products or services. The tool was easy to use but sometimes it would crash when we tried to close off some of the features (like sending emails). There are also various limitations if you want certain types of reports created by them like heatmaps/funnel charts etc., so I think this could have been made clear before using their product so as not to waste time creating these manually ourselves! Creating customised journey maps from scratch has never been easier than now, thanks to this wonderful software called "Davinci"!!
