The UI of Davinci labs provides good user experience, easy to use interface with lots of features which are very helpful to implement machine learning models easily. It has some bugs while using it but nothing serious like crashing or freezing problem etc. I have been trained by them few days ago so i do not know much about its other products available over there. We used Davinci Labs to create customer journeys, which were then sent out via email with links that can be clicked through to get more information about our products or services. The tool was easy to use but sometimes it would crash when we tried to close off some of the features (like sending emails). There are also various limitations if you want certain types of reports created by them like heatmaps/funnel charts etc., so I think this could have been made clear before using their product so
