The software has a significant customer satisfaction benefits!

I love how easy it was for me as an account manager working with multiple clients using this software, especially since our customers are in different time zones! It's also nice when you have several people from various offices all communicating at once without having everyone hop onto Skype or Hangouts (which can be very laggy).

The fact there isn't any voice prompts would make some things easier though - but we're talking about such small issues compared against its overall benefits :) We've seen significant increases of customer satisfaction by being able fix problems before they even occur now instead waiting until someone has called us up complaining!!

  • Works well across platforms like iOS & Android smartphones along side web browsers too which is great because not every client uses phones anymore these days due mobile usage increasing over PC/Mac computers..
