I love how easy it was for me as an account manager working with multiple clients using this software, especially since our customers are in different time zones! It's also nice when you have several people from various offices all communicating at once without having everyone hop onto Skype or Hangouts (which can be very laggy). I like how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with other systems. It's very intuitive and doesn't require lots of training to get up to speed. The customer service is fantastic as well, they are always willing to help you out and answer any questions you may have. I dislike that there aren't many integrations available for the system.
