Review on Dorman 42536 Wiper Arm by Billy Braggs

My 2003 Escape rear wiper did not clean the glass evenly which is common with more or less vertical rear windows/wipers. This device performed absolutely no better than the existing device, which unfortunately has to be removed. I ended up having to flex the lever a bit to ensure full contact with the glass throughout the wiper stroke. I should have tried that before with the existing wiper arm. TIP: If you need to remove the old wiper arm, use a hacksaw blade to make a cut or two in the arm head. After cutting, the metal can be pushed apart with a screwdriver, allowing the arm to be dislodged from the spindle.
