I think the first one I got was a fake. ------------------------------ Bought this for my keys because I lose them to you. I'm 20, a bit tech savvy. I'm sure when it connects it will be an amazing device that will save me tons of time. However, at the moment I am getting an error code in my SmartThings app. Error code 04-201. Using your Note 20 Ultra with the latest software and apps. Cache and memory already cleared. The device simply refuses to connect, freezes at 39%. I've been looking for all possible solutions and haven't found them. I have already restarted the device and the phone several times. Only time can help me now.
