I bought all of them to find my cell phone. Double-clicking a SmartTag only works if you have SmartThings open. If your phone reboots (like mine does automatically a few times a week) it doesn't work, the label just sits and beeps non-stop. If I missed my phone and SmartThings wasn't open, I'm SOL. As far as I can tell, there's no way to always have SmartThings running in the background, even on reboot. I have 2 of these. I store 1 of these on my primary keys and 1 of these on my secondary keys. I've used my phone 3 times in the last 6 weeks to find my primary keys, or so I had them. I keep the rest of the keys on my backpack so I can keep an eye on them. I'll probably grab another one to clip to my jacket as I keep losing it at home too. I really love this shop.
