Review on Samsung SmartTag Bluetooth Tracker Locator by Darren Munajj

Bought it couldn't pair with my new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, kept saying it was having problems with Bluetooth ID. The fact sheets that came with the tag were practically useless. I've researched the issue on the web and found MANY other people facing the exact same issue but no one seems to be able to get any help from Samsung support which seems to be a growing trend for Samsung these days viz sell something with little no support if something goes wrong. As a communications engineer, I intuitively feel that Samsung mislabeled tags destined for another country with incompatible frequencies or settings and inadvertently shipped them to the US, and that's the real underlying problem, but given the overwhelming lack of Supported by Samsung, I stop wasting my time studying.
