
As the previous user mentioned, things have gone very downhill with this company. A warranty claim used to be a breeze with a very fast CS, it was easy to communicate via Facebook messaging, but suddenly no one from the company. I processed a warranty claim on 8/21/20 and they charged me $10 for shipping and as of 9/13/20 still nothing. Every time I send an email they reply to you as if they were replying to someone else which takes about a week for each reply. It's a shame to see a great company fall apart like this. I will never buy your item again as the price is not that cheap and also the quality of the product seems to have gone down.
