After 3 days of operation, a creak appeared when leaning on the back of the chair and torsion. AeroCool answers everyone that the creak is fixed by lubricating and tightening the fasteners. I do not consider this to be something critical and allow such a correction of deficiencies if it were a one-time procedure. But a week after tightening the fasteners, my creak is slightly less than before, but returned. Looks like I'll have to resort to lubrication now, it doesn't matter. But if this is enough for a week, I will have a big disappointment in such a wonderful chair and questions to the manufacturer, followed by a possible return. Another incomprehensible moment for me: sometimes, only sometimes, when you sit on a chair, the gas lift goes down a little, by 5-7 centimeters. I weigh 89kg and I don't think it's about the weight given that it only happens sometimes. AeroCool, if you are reading this review, is this a marriage? And could the problem get worse? Should I apply for a replacement?
