For the last 10 years I've taken all sorts of pre-workout supplements. I didn't like some of the side effects of creatine monohydrate in my most recent pre-workout and resorted to mixing creatine hydrochloride into my regular pre-workout. I liked it and saw great results. But when I saw my favorite no-frills creatine HCL in my favorite flavor, I jumped at it immediately. That's great. I get the extra energy I need for evening workouts and pure creatine with no buildup. And it tastes great. Not too sweet or chemical taste.
