We've been using this shade for a few weeks and are really happy with it. Customer service was incredible: company emailed and texted within hours to make sure we got all the details on the shade right, and their order form also made it hard to make a mistake. We got an outside-frame light gray blackout shade to block lights from neighbors' houses into our bedroom window at night, and have been sleeping soooo much better since we installed this. Blocks light very effectively, and design-wise has a clean, low profile that goes great with almost any decor. Also like the chain pull for raising and lowering the shade: it's comfortable and works smoothly. The shade comes from China so took a week or two to get to us but pretty fast considering; it shipped within a couple days of ordering. Would definitely buy again from this company and are considering it from other windows in our house.
