Simple digital door viewer, no doorbell

This is just a digital door viewer, no doorbell. The instructions are too easy. For example, there is no mention that the metal plate opens when sliding down. The instructions say there are two holes for the screws, but in fact there is only one. The screen is dark. He needs 4 batteries. That means you have to open the LCD screen to swap them out, unplug the cable, replace the batteries, and put everything back in place. It is better to have a USB rechargeable battery. Also, the hole in the door should be 1.75 inches thick. I'm buying this to replace the Len eyelet which is only 1.4 inches thick. I don't want to poke another big hole in the door.
