The last time I bought a stack of sheets of parchment was at the King Arthur Flour headquarters in Vermont. These are used in most professional bakeries. They are white and fit on a standard baking tray. They're brown—unbleached, which is better than white—but they're not that big and won't fit on a baking sheet. They also curl up and I found I couldn't reuse them (yes you can reuse good parchment, especially when making things like cookies) as they become very brittle in the oven. I'll use them just like you. Get a lot for your money. But I won't buy again.
