The left earpiece is broken. It looks like a loose contact. Looks like a broken speaker. I will reevaluate when a replacement arrives. Update: New ones have arrived and they sound great. Good bass, loud enough to be too loud, battery life is good. A great feature is that you can only use one earbud at a time, which some of the more expensive earbuds lack. I'm sure they don't have the best sound quality in the world, but they sound good enough for me to occasionally listen to music and play games on my computer.
