The left earpiece is broken. It looks like a loose contact. Looks like a broken speaker. I will reevaluate when a replacement arrives. Update: New ones have arrived and they sound great. Good bass, loud enough to be too loud, battery life is good. A great feature is that you can only use one earbud at a time, which some of the more expensive earbuds lack.
