I have been using these filters for a long time. Received 2 packs with the order (of course after the return period has expired). Not sure what the problem is but the 2nd pack didn't work, I've had about 2-3 a week and the tank isn't dirty. The quality of the 2nd pack filter resulted in overflow and too much for my betta. Good thing I work from home and can drip here. She was at the bottom because she didn't like spilling every other day. So it seemed to me that I ran out of filters. So annoying that they must have been old or broken. Fish owners are meticulous and we don't welcome poor quality from a brand we can trust. I would not order from this seller. Pay a little more to get the lifetime promised on the box for the full package of AALAKAY filters.
