PREPARED4x: Isn't Ready for Anything, Really

PREPARED4x disappointed me because I had high expectations for it. They carry a lot of outdoor equipment, but the product and service are lacking. The fabric of my tent was ripped and there were missing pieces when it came. It took more than a week to get a response from customer support after I contacted them, and they weren't very helpful when I finally did. When I did hear back from them, it was simply a link to their refund procedure. Definitely not up to my expectations for customer care. It didn't help that the tools I bought from them seemed to break after only a few uses. It's almost as if they're aiming to make their goods obsolete as soon as they hit the market. Now, let's discuss how much they charge. Prices may appear low at first, but they quickly add up when you consider that you'll have to repair the equipment after just a few uses. In general, PREPARED4x is not something I would suggest. They have a lot of outdoor goods, but the quality is low and the service is unsatisfactory. Don't bother with this place for your outdoor gear purchases.
