I like that they have an easy way to share templates across orgs without having to manually do so! It's not always the most intuitive or very clear but once you've figured out your process its been great.
Sometimes the data is inconsistent between orgs in terms of what field values/dates show up when you're trying to copy over from one place to another. That said, their support team has helped me figure this all out time after time and we were able to get through our implementation successfully - even though there was some confusion about which fields to use where at first! We needed help figuring out a consistent process for creating agreements across multiple companies. The fact that we could just pull them into Conga Contracts and be done with it made life much simpler than doing everything ourselves in Excel.
