We now have 24 of these returnable cups. This is our second order that says something. The only reason I don't get 5 stars is because there is an o-ring which is valuable but needs to be wet so it can be easily sealed. I pour the water out of the faucet and just wet the cap before filling and closing, this lubricates the ) ring and it snaps shut. Perhaps a design change that seals the cup without the use of an o-ring would help. However, they clean well, keep brewing consistently, don't clog and the tops have not yet snapped off like I've had with other products. Of all the reusable K-Cup filters, I find this to be the best value. Buying premium whole grain and grinding it yourself in a burr grinder costs about $0.20 per cup on average. Savings over K-Cups at $0.50 each, maybe a cheap $0.40 brand, the savings add up and the time spent flushing and refilling doesn't matter, I'm retired, I have Time.
