Nice but throw away the tape
This is a good quality item for the price. However, do not use 3M tape to attach the cover to the bumper. I've installed half a dozen of these and they're just a waste of time. Use spray adhesive 3M 77. Place the cover on the bumper and then wrap it with blue tape. Follow the gluing instructions and you'll have a permanent bond.
