Reliable company with a focus on customer satisfaction

Update: the seller contacted us and was willing to send replacement cables. Since we got the cables we have used them with our Chihuahua and our lab and they have held up and I have had no problems. I believe our first cables may have been faulty. I appreciate this company doing everything right and I'm glad these new ones are holding up. We will buy them again if we ever need more cables or have another dog. **We ordered a few of these and we have a small 12 lb chihuahua that we plug into a cord outside during the day. I don't know why but both cables broke and they are said to work up to 90lbs. Worked well until it broke. Maybe I'll look at another brand.
