Well, let's start with the positives - their support is very responsive and great.

So it's a wild ride. I wanted the title to be positive because the experience was mixed, to say the least. I'll start at the top. So my fan case broke, and the others weren't far behind. Anyway, I wanted to replace them all with matching fans, so now is the perfect time. I needed to replace 4 fans and wanted something that looked good. This package seemed perfect. Next, I have to say that I'm an A+ certified IT professional who even occasionally teaches students how to assemble computers in a computer hardware course at the college I work for. I've built literally hundreds if not thousands of computers of all types and components. So I have to know what I'm doing. In any case, the last time I upgraded the computer, I worked very hard on the wiring, so it was difficult to disassemble everything and install new fans. I had to replace some zip ties and everything, but I wanted to get it right. . So I plug everything in and set it up, and then I hit the power button. This is where it gets interesting, because my computer literally caught fire. I quickly turn off the power, open the back of the case, and smoke begins to fill my apartment. At this point I'm panicking because with the current hardware market it's almost impossible for me to replace this setup. For example, my computer would cost more than 2,000 and I would not cost more than 1. So I put the computer on my desktop and open it and black ash falls everywhere. I look around and see only one damage: the fan controller case and power cable. Literally nothing else was hurt, despite the literal flames in my torso. So I put the old fans back in place, redid all the cables and turned it on - it immediately boots into Windows and recognizes the newly added RAM and SSD. So generally nothing damaged - even the damage to the case was wiped off with a damp paper towel. I contacted the company through Amazon messages and they offered to replace the case and fans, but since the damage to the case was gone, I just went with the fans. They upgraded my kit to the next level and I received a replacement in about 2 days. This time I checked the fans before doing all the work and they worked fine so I hooked them all up and everything works great. Looks great too. photos included. TL/DR: The fan controller caught fire but otherwise didn't do any damage and the company replaced it with an update and now it looks and works fantastic.
